Cho'Gath does still have pretty good sustain so i'll give you that. (although it does rely on farm)
Trundle has pretty bad sustain tbh. It can work but you can be pretty good.
Ganplank does have ok sustain if you"

"Yeah Duff, i've always loved Soraka mid (I lol everytime I see it in a bot game) because she has some pretty nice anti mage tools to work with. To bad her heal doesn't increase MR. That would be extremely useful."
