"No it doesn't. People are all mistaken about this.
Garen's spin does NOT crit. It does NOT apply crit damage. It scales off AD, and then that bonus ad scales off crc.
If you have 250% CrD, 80 AD and 25% CrC, you will do the same damage with your spin as if you just had 80 AD and 25% CrC."
