Soraka will be much better in teamfights now, she can just heal + armor her squishy/tank and for the duration of that fight they are an offtank (well close enough) Also gives huge early game advantage in teamfights cause the carry will take like no damage from "

Consider getting an Atma's instead of IE (you don't want the crit damage, you want only ad and some crit chance, his e scales off ad and then the bonus is improved by crc) Garen isn't a carry, he still goes down in .02 se"
