"Mainly so you can be cost efficient. If you want health, don't build straight damage, which would be dumb. Build a Warmogs, because then you get health for less money and can still build a damage item. 4 Hextech's may well make up the health a Warmog's gets, but a Warmog's is still 10x cheaper."

"You get a fair bit out of it. Your Q does 12%, and you could theoretically go Madred's + DFG and take out huge percentages of their health with your ult up."

I would also switch out Phantom Dancer with Guardian Angel or Banshee's Veil so you don't get wtfpwned after your ult goes off."
