I main Sivir. You can build her a hellofalot of different ways and still do fine, but you NEED either an IE, Madred's, Hextech Gunblade, or MM + AA combo. Bloodthirster = bad. If you want lifesteal get an executioners and build crit or Stark's and build Madred's Or just b"
