"You can't. I run Vista on my laptop, and for some reason whenever it starts up within 2 min of it getting logged in, I get a blue screen Internal Error. Even with safe mode up. I sometimes can't even log in before it crashes and I get that."

Personally I would probably say Janna or Lee Sin. Janna fulfills her purpose with Boots of Swiftness and everything past that is gravy, plus she's taking kills away from your carry. Lee Sin is just a horrible carry imo.
