"How would it actually be if his Q, Hungering Strike, was more similar to Fiora's Q? He could cast it twice if it hits a target, or reduces it's cooldown to a few seconds only, but it'd still be a skillshot. Fitting for the name as well. Or, have it work that way around is passive.
