Posted a Comment: Jun 9th, 2012 "I admit I have never gotten used to Viktor's terrible auto attack animation. It's clunky and hard for me to last hit with. So I largely revolve my tactics around destroying the enemy laner. The only champs I have had problems doing this too are Morgana and Anivia."

Death Ray needs atleast 3 ranks to be relevant damage. You should point out that It's a good move to last hit minions as it's cheap and Viktor has trouble last h"
