"I'd save for two basic rune pages, one for AP champions and one for AD champions. And then champions. I personally, have never changed my rune books since I filled them each that way, and haven't had any problems."

"Depends on how fed the AP carry is, if hes fed, go for the balanced build, otherwise just do the heavy AD build"
