"I can change it to flat health or armor.
As for the CDR glyphs, I've been testing it a lot and it allows him to have little to no downtime on his Quickdraw later in the game, which is pretty valuable if you ask me."

Are PM's bugged?
Whenever I go to compose a new PM it goes to a heavily uncoded message screen and then upon clicking send message, it does nothing. Doesn't try to load anything either. Bug or something?
