"I'm... not understanding the ideology behind this build at all... No AD runes at all. Hybrid Pen? His Dash has overbearing magic damage early game without pen, don't think it's really needed. And I understand the novelty of tanky on-hit Yasuo but this build just looks friggin weird. :/"
