Posted a Comment: Dec 11th, 2013 "I love how drastically the meta of ADCs shifts. S2 was the golden time for AD caster carries, then S3 was all about Range for awhile. Now it's Raw fucking damage, ala Lucian, Sivir and Jinx. Too bad AD carry is the bitch role of the game now."

I personally run hybrid pen marks, and health quints, as well as 9/21 masteries on Soraka. I also max Q then E, and try to win the lane by total shoving and zoning.
