"I dont see why you'd want spellthief tbh. Thresh doesnt need any of the stats, and the active kinda blows.
FoTM is 100x better imo. Hell, even Talisman is 100x better."

"Upon further testing, the guide has been once again updated. Relic shield to mountain is the new item path, and you now take warding totem. The guide takes into account the upcoming change to "Spoils of War" making it so Thresh has to manually last hit to trigger it.
