"His range has never felt like an issue to me except against xerath (A case which is not unique to Viktor). It's mostly his lack of a 6th item slot that kills him. Restricts builds and makes him work harder to decide if an item is worth building, and the yellow/blue cores usually dont hold up"

15 spell pen, 60 AP, Whatever health haunting guise has 20% spell vamp (unique)
Unique passive: Your abilities heal you for 25 +25 of your AP Ratio when they hit a target.
