"Build and stuff looks fine, but I'd suggest lifesteal quints and Dblade start. otherwise the guide seems a bit rushed and some things look incomplete, like the matchups. Hope to see more out of this but good start :3"

"Depends. The item itself, other than the gold generation actually offers very little to thresh, as he does not suffer mana issues an he needs to be bulky. I myself often get it anyway, but sometimes just rushing more durability can go a long way, thus i leave it as optional."
