"I'm not arguing that he's still slow. I'm merely saying he's worth using, if you need what his kit provides; utility and a fuck ton of CC. Just as you'd pick Volibear for his lane camping prowess and generally being a fatass character, despite his slow clearing."

"Volibear is also a slow jungler. Everyone thought he was trash because of that. Now look at him. thresh, no matter what brings an absurd about of CC and utility, just by his abilities.
I'm not saying he's god tier, I'm just saying he's not a terrible pick either."
