Beyond that pretty much looks right. Karma is lower tier 3 material.

"The reason Urgot is often included in ADC tier lists is because he often takes the spot of the ADC for the team and his job is literally to catch the enemy ADC and make sure they die with his Ult, thus making neither team actually have an ADC."

"It doesn't work. Blighted Quiver doesn't proc Rylai's Crstal Scepter. Even then he doesn't exactly need Frozen Mallet. AP varus is supposed to nuke things with his ult and 2 shot them with Blighted Quiver. he doesn't need the slow from either item to do that."

"Yea. Agreed. AP Varus has basically one damage ability he can use 3 times (if he has his ult) thus W max is necessary. E first is good though. I often forget and take W first anyway cause I suck at last hits."
