Vayne is the hardest to do well with honestly.
Draven is actually ez mode laning. Even people cant catch their axes can win laning phase with Draven because he's hardcore win. Sadly he sucks after laning phase if you suck at him. the opposite is true for Vayne if you're dece"

Barely anyone builds hydra though, except maybe GP (rare). More likely a Bloodthirster.
