"I disagree. Ever since I picked up Draven I have less and less of a need for crit items. I always rush thirster, IE seems so lackluster now. And on Varus, Draven and Quinn going BortK feels much better to my playstyle than Statikk shiv or Phantom Dancer. But then i guess that was"
