"Looking on probuilds I see quite a few Yasuos with nearly my exact first build. I see only two with a randuins, and one with a sunfire. None of them are tanky by any means. I think I'm gonna make the second build use IE instead of hydra though."

"When I tested it, Q didnt proc it (I just tested this earlier today), auto attacks would, but simply Q'ing didnt bring up the buff."
