"Oh we're talking about AD carries. Meh. I'm strictly speaking top lane bruisers. Seems silly to do it with carries because no one stacks health at bot. Top is where they do it frequently.
And I kinda view BORK as a "tank softener" so bruisers can quickly do a lot more damage to high hea"

"BORK is rather good on bruisers who utilize attack speed a lot. Fiora being an example. I built it on AD Thresh to counter a warmogs rush. Works great imo.
