Nasus's biggest flaw in fights is the ability to be kited (hard) when Wither is down. Movment speed increasing upgrades are the selfish best option for him, or go with Captain like Plickin...

To me it's up in the air. Iceborn Gauntlet to me is when you are more of the lead tank in the fight and need more of an Area presence. However if you need to go carry-mode Nasus Trinity...
