"This isn't an on-hit build. This is a AP build. Do you not know what Varus's abilities do? Lol.
You stack Blighted Quiver and nuke. It's a burst mage Varus. And obviously you play him at mid lane.
And before you judge it, I've done it quite a few times now and it's worked every time. :"

"The biggest thing is to stay behind the safety of your tanks. Move with them, don't stay to get a kill if it would get you killed. Perhaps practice being a caster with a tanky caster like Ryze or Galio first.
