"Kog'maw is tier 1 still IMO. Vayne literally has abysmal matchups in lane and needs an entire team tailored for her, something other tier 1 champs dont need, thats why she should be lower."

"Actually Graves does in fact beat most of the tier ones. he just needs the right support for the job.
Facts: Buckshot is still OP burst damage. Quickdraw is OP AS steroid. Smoke Screen is mini Nocturne ult, OP. And then Collateral Damage huehue.

"Jayce is actually great as an AD carry. he brings more utility in his kit than most. Low AA range but great poke and harass. Also great chasing kit. Hammer stance also acts as getaway for him. +1 when i can."
