Although any way works, I'd go for at least a health item before finishing atma. So that you have a bit of tankyness + atma damage.

If you are going to use exhaust and ignite, I would at least get the summoner's wrath mastery.
Instead of good hands, I like getting expanded mind on AP carries, more mana :O. (but that's my opinion).
build looks ok. cept I would get a void staff for magic pen."

for example: vayne is an Attack damage carry and has abilities concerning with AD. Therefore you should build AD items, such as bloodthristers to increase her AD."
