Glad you enjoy the guide! I think K'Sante is pretty rough to lane vs since he is, well a new champ and he has a lot of mobility to get out of your E or even just ignore it with his W CC immunity. You can beat him but you have to dodge his Q to not get chunked in lane but its so low coo"

"Not really core item but its decently often a good item. It's mainly situational HP item with added benefits on the side. If you don't need to opt for resistances and you don't really need armor shred from Black Cleaver then you can opt for Spear of Shojin instead. "
