"Haven't gotten to lane vs the new Tahm Kench yet, so can't really say for sure. I presume it works like the old matchup where you won't probably do much early on, you mostly want to farm and try to wait for your jungler as he is quite immobile so he should be relatively easy to gank.

"Yes I think Divine Sunderer is currently just the superior choice compared to Trinity Force. The extra HP and sustain give you frontline potential already early on and you just couple it with Wit's End or Blade of the Ruined King for attack speed.

"Not sure. You could potentially do Bami's Cinder into Warmog's Armor but haven't seen it/tested to see how strong it would be. In theory sounds really strong since you can't really be forced out of lane etc after completion, but you'll lack the resistances and your mythic's passive in return"
