"Yeah both can definitely work, I'd say it's pretty situational. Legend: Tenacity is pretty underrated for what it offers so it's a good choice, but I most of the time take it only if the enemy comp has a lot of CC. "

"Thanks for noting! Should be fixed now. I don't really run Dark Harvest anymore after the nerfs, nowadays I pretty much just run Electrocute while playing Kayn."

"Kayn is a versatile champion by nature. You can go tanky and disrupt enemy team with red Kayn, go more damage oriented bruiser with red Kayn, or all out assassin with blue Kayn.
Early game Kayn is pretty weak by default, so don't get your hopes up on dueling the enemy jungler"

"Q start works actually probably better most of the time, but I just have grown to go W level 1. If you are with Rakan W is the best option but if not then Q start can be potentially even stronger due to the lower CD. It's a preference thing so see which works better for you."
