"Blade of the ruined king is a pretty bad item by itself so I wouldn't recommend building it really ever. He's probably a bit tanky so usually you'll maybe want a armor penetration item since you don't have true damage anymore, so an item like Mortal Reminder is probably good due to both it h"

"I think early on it's a bit tricky if the Sett starts W (which he should). His W is overtuned atm I feel so you kind of lose early on to him. You can dodge it since he is stuck on spot while casting it. I think as you get 2-3 items the matchup starts favoring you a lot more again."

I think Sterak's Gage is a good option for Jax in most cases though. Ravenous hunter doesn't prevent you from getting bursted, so I think it's fine to have Sterak's Gage even if you are running Raven"

"That is true, although in some situations you are better off going for the more defensive option. I've personally just always preferred other boots compared to Boots of Mobility, but again that is my personal preference."

Some Jax}} players probably still prefer the lower cooldown on your gap closer ability (Leap Strike), hence they max it second still. Thing is Jax's Leap Strike got a buff a while back which lowered it's cooldown making it more valuable in my opinion"
