Yes the Tiamats splash. Yes it's every hit. No, that doesn't mean it's good.

But it's not
The splash range is pretty bad. You end up doing more damage when you don't roll"

Maybe this is the problem a lot of people encounter when trying it out. Not everyone goes for the lifesteal quints now but they are looking better with the lifesteal nerf!"
