"Guinsoo's Rageblade is not a very effective item on Aatrox prior to completing the item. However, once completion, it makes Aatrox an absolute monster at low HP.
Bloodthirst heals three times as much when Aatrox is less than 50% health, now adding the Guinsoo's Rageblade "

I can say that I made it out of gold by mainly playing as the role of a jungler or mid laner when I was first or second pick. The two roles that are easiest to roam around the maps and pressure...
