Which Role Carries Gold
Hi Mobafire community i recently hitted gold and i would like to know what roles and carry gold rating at eune server(many people think its trash). Can i try jungling relying on my team to do dmg and carry me?
There is no role that can carry the easiest because it all depends on what fits you best.
I think Top is the hardest to carry from. Unless you're able to smash your opponent top lane, you often are left isolated in the lane and have little impact for much of the game.
I know in higher elo, games are often determined in the first 10-15 minutes, and junglers have a huge impact on the game early. But personally I suck at jungling and think its hard to have an impact on the game.
Mid is probably the easiest to carry from
Support is like a jungler, you can have huge impact on the game early, later in the game your impact is more caused by warding and vision denial.
ADC is the second easiest role to carry from IMO, but it takes some time to ramp up
Now when I wasn't one of the first two picks I usually let my teammates decide where they wanted to play. I believe the only reason I had success with this strategy was because I was comfortable with at least 2 champions in every role that were not usually banned. I would not recommend implementing this strategy if you aren't comfortable in every role though.
Lastly, I duo queued with a good friend of mine throughout my journey through Gold I. Assuming that you are a good player yourself, and deserve to be in a higher elo you are considered an above average player. Now you don't know the skill levels of your four teammates and four enemies; so, if you are truly above average, you will eventually progress through. However, if you can guarantee a second above average player on your team, then you will progress much faster. When looking for a good duo queue partner, look for someone who plays well consistently.
Good luck with gold!
Snowball top is the other choice.
you need mechanics though, and knowing when to roam.
