Champion Build Guide

and pump big fat heals you normally don't see on cows!
Introducing Arctic Alistar, the build that focuses on improved healing and cc,
at expense of some tankyness (don't worry you're still a big fat tank).
That being said most build him as pure tank, ignoring the massive synergy he has with a very uncommon stat - healing and shield power.
Not only does it boost his passive healing to self and allies, but also massively impacts Glacial Augment's slow potency. And our cow loves this rune. Just getting on top of his enemies with W->Q leaves him with nothing but a single target, delayed 1s stun. So any extra source of cc is absolutely crucial!
So that's the plan in general - gear our cow with much more healing and much more cc in exchange for slighly less tankyness. Which given his ult and celestial opposition upgrade from support item is doable unless you're severely behind.
