Tips about Cons are just wrong, Nautilus is the best CC machine in the game, Amumu, Galio, Shen After their ultimate are pratically useless, while nautilus can just CC with basic attack Every enemy near him, not to mention "

It does lower because you don't focus on Crtitical strikes and Armor Penetration.
If you would play ezreal as normal Ad Carry he would Deal more damage.

"There are 2 Points i Really Disagree:
1 - Getting Warmog's armor on quite every single jungler is just Horrible.
2 - I only consider Your "Tier" only until "Tier 2 (The Demigod Tier)" Champions after are just placed randomly.

"Just put Leona to god Tier, she's the support with highest damage.
Another point would be to give Ignite to the support, nowdays there are too many Assassins/Dashes skills, and flash is just needed. Flash + Rocket jump = Half of the Map."
