WTF is that build, and WHY is it working?: "You need strong ECO to pull this of. As little rolling a possible before level 7-8.
However, you should try to secure 2* Ziggs and Graves early, before going full eco. If you are lucky you get 3* Graves early to carry until lvl.7.
Allow yourself to roll at level 7 to get some 2* and finish..."
