Sorc Boots, Hextech Revolver (upgrade to WoTA later), Rabadons, Rylais, Abyssal, and a situational item if needed. Or get another Hextech Revolver and build it to the Gunblade."

"Speed build? Perhaps he means literal speed. 3 Move Speed Quints perhaps. I have been experimenting with running 2 move speed quints myself recently."

"I love Jarvan as a tank. Tons of CC and utility. And the skills to save your carries unlike many of the other tanks. But his ult takes a lot more skill to use to not kill your own team with. "

"AP is always win with Vlad. And Abyssal Scepter should almost be considered a core item for Vlad. It is an amazing item that is far under appreciated.
Warmogs is a situational item for Vlad. It has its uses. I have a huge section just on it within my guide in which I discuss it extensively. U"
