Instead of spending all your ip on champions, you might consider buying t3 runes and runepages because those will be an issue as soon as you are going for draftmode.

"i play karma sometimes and recommend going gp10 quints and yellows, getting early philo hog kages (in that order) -> deathcap,void/abyssal,zhonyas,sorcs,wota,dfg or something along those lines
going gp10 is something i really like to do and it works well if you can just passively farm it out. "

Lasthit late untill the enemy has about 2-3 extra creeps on you and keep lasthitting late, if the opponent is pushing, try to autohit the wave a few times to keep "

In low elo i would spam support lux with full ap runepage, get philo+kages -> mejais + sorcs -> d-cap
