"in general on botlane you want to play the matchup. Force an advantage if you ahve one, try to come back if you are behind...
I feel caitlyn is a very underrated ad since she wins almost every matchup and transitions nicely into midgame by pushing down every lane in a very safe manner.

ad red; armor yellow ; mp5 blue; ad/ms quints
if against magical damage switch yellows for mp5 and blues for flat mr
after you get used to the champion you will be able to manage without any mp5 and go mr/lvl on blues"

"teemo provides a powerful onehiteffect innately, so why not use that to reapply that dmg? -> wits end/madreds. His range is to low to go full damage, so you build a few defensive items: malelt, GA , wriggles , mercs
