"if cass runs armor and ms runes she will be able to kite him and should be able to come out ahead in trades pre6. post6 depends on if she has been able to pick up a little armor (tabi should suffice tbh) and enaugh damage to scare him away after hitting ult.

"I feel like he is one of the best killanes toplane, since his followupganks are awesome and after a few kills he can easily snowball almost any matchup. If volibear does not get ganks/get ahead early i feel he kinda lacks the kit to carry a game.

His passive is the only thing that keeps him from totally sucking endgame. Doublelift tends to maximize his passive by rushing infinity and not depending on the mystic shit thingy for dps
