Asked a Question: May 2nd, 2013 There's a global healing debuff in ARAM which stretches the HP gain gap even further, plus you can't chain Heals effectively. If somebody on your team took Heal already you should go...

Then there's boots, GP5, and health potions. I don't have the inventory slot to spare on a locket/aegis unless I'm Janna and usually I just ask my jungler to build it with"
