Buy 450 IP champions. Some of them are extremely solid at all levels of play (Kayle Nunu Ryze), while there are some pubstompers like master yi and sivir who you can win with pretty easily. "

"Yes; this is one of those theoretical vs. practical discrepancies. W has a much lower CD and is AoE without damage decay, but actually landing it on every cooldown, especially against hard opponents like Ryze and Cassiopeia without losing the trade hard is difficult. W max has its place, but"
