It's cheap, gives decent stats, decreases objective clear time, and has a passive that actually does a pretty good amount of damage.

"Disagree with certain aspects of the guide like not taking Summoner's Wrath, taking armor marks + gold seals instead of MPen marks + armor seals or armor marks + mana regen seals & armorseals. You also need way more than one point in the shield for midgame, not leveling it until level 14 is "
