"No. Emblem -> Sightstone -> Rush Martyr's Call, Locket, SV. Maybe Golem afterward depending on how nerfed it gets, if nerfed too hard buy Randuin's. Building damage Thresh is not worth even if you're fed, you're better off being tanky."
