"I actually run 0-9-21 in season 3 on these champs lol (cause Trick2g style has shown results). Though Season 4 hasn't hit Garena SG/MY server yet, I do think that the defensive tree has been "nerfed" a bit, which makes it better to take 21 in utility as compared to defence."
