From what I've heard it's actually incredibly good, practically a baron buff in regen when you're low hp.

Usefull? Strong, if you consider it on certain champs which stack HP, especially in combination with Second Wind and Spirit Visage. Not to mention that Second Wind is nearly godlike on champs which keep themself alive through hp regen or lifesteal.

BTW: At 3 points it is stronger than Mundo's passive at 50% HP and stronger than Garen's Passive at 33 1/3 % HP.

Let's see how far we can get: Assuming a Mundo on 10% of max hp on lvl 18 with full build and buffs!
Build: Boots, Warmog's Armor, Spirit Visage, Randuin's Omen, Frozen Mallet, Sunfire Aegis

Base HP: 2035
Build HP: 3050
HP Quints and HP/lvl Seals: 78 + 175 = 253
Masteries: New Veteran Scars for 36, plus 3%*2035 from Juggernaut = 97
All in all we got 5435 hp.

Base Regen: 20p5 --> 4 per second
Build Flat Regen: another 4 per second
Masteries: 2 flat per second from Recovery
Aura Regen: 2 per second from Locket, 6 from allied Heimers passive
Percentage Regen per second: 0.2% from Warmogs, 0.3% from Passive, 0.6% from Nashor Buff, 0.9*0.6% from Perseverance, and 6% from ultimate, makes 7.64% every second

This regenerates a flat 18+7.64%*5435/second, which is 433 hp/second.

This is increased by 30% through Spirit Visage and Second Wind, resulting in 563 Health regen per second

Not sure if more was possible in Season 2 with proper use of Force of Nature, but I doubt it (The item was OP considering the MS and 76 MR, though).

One mistake, Juggernaut affects all HP, not only base HP. So it is more like 150 bonus from it.

So, that means you have to put ignite on him and deal around 420 damage per second with resistances to actually hurt him. Hmm, not that easy. Because without ignite it is 840...

BTW: Sion's maximum lifesteal: (100%+18%*5)*1.3 = 247% Lifesteal

And BotRK is turned from 15% into 19.5% with Visage and Second Wind. If that would be used against that Mundo, it would be a 1k heal.

nog even kort samengevat: een lampje is voor dove mensen, een ratelapparaat voor blinden. het mooiste is natuurlijk een combinatie van beide: een lampje met een ratelapparaat, voor het geval er iemand langskomt die blind én doof is.

I actually run 0-9-21 in season 3 on these champs lol (cause Trick2g style has shown results). Though Season 4 hasn't hit Garena SG/MY server yet, I do think that the defensive tree has been "nerfed" a bit, which makes it better to take 21 in utility as compared to defence.

Hmm, I wouldn't take Block and stuff since you're in the jungle. And I like to take at least one point in the MR mastery since it gives 2 MR.
But I haven't played Nautilus a lot, so...
