"Attack range and animation matters the most, the projectile speed is much less important. Annie is good in both those areas so the slow projectile doesn't matter that much."

"I could see a nerf coming to the utility tree, but I hope they don't go overboard.
Something like reducing the +5%exp to +4% and 15% summoner CDR to 12%.
They will have to buff normal exp gain by a small amount if they do that though, to keep the junglers from having a lot of trouble."
