"Both Irelia and roaming Poppy are best with flat resistances. Irelia benefits greatly from being able to SHIT on any lane oposition early on. Any roamer simply doesn't have the the luxury of a level advantage and probably need those early stats from runes."

Three-man ganks can also be very effective if at least 2 have stuns."
