Ezreal has a lot of both magic and physical damage. He really doesn't need more penetration other than the early Brut and the 15%MrP from masteries. He gets his tank killing power from Bloodrazor. That's all he needs to melt both tanks and squishies alike."

Getting a ROA and a lategame Lich Bane on him MIGHT work, but any more AP than that and you'll just be hurting your viability."

ArP marks
MP5 seals
CDR, MR or MR/lvl glyphs
ArP or AD quints. AD for a lot more early damage, but a little less mid/late damage."
