"No, he's only slightly weaker than normal champions in lategame, with the right itemization. If you build 100% AD (with maybe 1 defensive item) you're gonna NEED to be fed. I don't build like that tho."

Yes. Because his old Q was too strong in terms of damage. A problem early on with mana has also been addressed so he's overall more viable."

It's not 100% playstyle, it's more about the champion you play. Some really need the early stats and some don't."

"Hybrid should be done in one of 2 ways. Either AD build+Gunblade or AP build+Gunblade(s?). Because even if his Q now has 2 ratios it still benefits greatly from a TF or LB proc.
