I'd like to add a few, here's what I recommend for the different champions:
Alistar:
MrP or ArP marks (Alistar has both physical and magical damage so I'm not sure what to get)

"Well, Singed regens loads just by using his ult and Strength of Spirit. He can also get a FoN to further increase his regen and get that lovely boost to his MS.
Spell vamp just isn't a viable choice on Singed. I haven't tried it yet tho, so I can't be 100% sure."
